A Each week at Mainstream Mindfulness Summer Camp has a clear focus so children can explore one important life skill at a time through play, creativity, movement, and connection. This gentle structure helps children feel secure, practice skills in different ways, and build confidence naturally — all while having fun. dd an answer to this item.

A Weekly themes help children feel grounded and confident by focusing on one idea at a time. Skills like kindness, resilience, and emotional awareness are practiced through games, art, stories, and outdoor play, making learning feel natural and enjoyable. dd an answer to this item.

A Focusing on one skill per week gives children time to notice, practice, and build confidence in a supportive environment. Many children develop stronger friendships, better emotional awareness, and greater resilience as the week unfolds. dd an answer to this item.

Absolutely! The focus simply guides our activities — children experience it as games, creative projects, storytelling, and outdoor adventures. For them, it’s just camp fun.

Our camp is play-based, not academic. The weekly focus is woven into fun, hands-on activities rather than lessons or worksheets, allowing children to learn through experience.

Not at all. Each week stands on its own, and children benefit whether they attend one week or several. Families who attend multiple weeks often notice deeper friendships and growing confidence over time.
