This week introduces campers to mindful awareness through a joyful mix of music, movement, creative art, and outdoor adventures. Guided by Jasmine the Jellyfish, children learn how to notice the present moment with curiosity and ease, helping them recognize emotions, slow impulsive reactions, and respond thoughtfully — all while having fun and building confidence.

Kindness, self-love, and joyful confidence grow through play. This week blends playful activities, creative art, and group games to help campers practice kindness toward others while building self-confidence and learning to celebrate who they are. Guided by Miles the Manatee & Sunny the Starfish.

Gratitude helps children find joy in everyday moments. Guided by Denver the Dolphin, campers explore gratitude by noticing the good around them through music, movement, stories, and creative expression that support joy and positive thinking.

Policies & Registration forms

“It was our daughter’s favourite camp of the summer! She came home talking about the power of ‘yet’ — how she might not be able to do something yet, but she can learn. She’s even reminding us to take a breath during stressful moments. The tools she gained didn’t stay at camp — they came home with her.”
“This camp was more than just fun activities — it truly built confidence. Our son left each day feeling proud of himself. Hearing him say, ‘I can try again,’ instead of ‘I can’t,’ has been such a gift.”
— Mia Jackson -Summer Camp Parent
Emotional Awareness & Friendships
“The combination of movement, creativity, and mindfulness was incredible. My daughter made new friends and learned how to talk about her feelings in ways I hadn’t seen before. It was such a supportive and positive environment.”- Stephan Hardwick
Practical Tools That Last
“What stood out most was how practical the tools were. The breathing exercises and resilience lessons stuck. Weeks later, our child is still using what she learned at camp when she feels frustrated or overwhelmed.”- Melissa Wang
“We’ve done many camps over the years, but this one felt different. It nurtured not only joy and creativity, but confidence and calm. Our child grew in ways that went beyond the week.” Max Merit
