Mainstream Mindfulness™ is a structured, school-based Social Emotional Learning (SEL) framework designed to strengthen emotional regulation, resilience, and classroom climate.

Mainstream Mindfulness™ helps children build the emotional skills they need to feel confident, calm, and connected — both in school and at home.

Through gentle breathwork, storytelling, movement, music, and guided reflection, children learn how to:
